What kinds of minis do you guys make?
Generally and at a very high level we focus on medieval fantasy tabletop RPG bad
guys. We've got you covered with a killer range of miniatures; officially licensed to print from Yasashii Kyojin Studio, Brite Minis and Fat Dragon Games (more coming soon!) - but here's the thing: we're not gatekeepers. Got your heart set on something different? We are always looking for suggestions. Just hit us up and let's talk about bringing your digital horde to life.
Can you print my STL files?
Absolutely! Bring us your STLs and we'll crank them out to our style and standards. Whether it's a homebrew monstrosity or
that weird mini you found in the depths of the internet (go to MyMiniFactory for the real deal). Use our Contact page and we'll make it happen.
How do you make these little guys?
We're resin sorcerers, not plastic peasants. Every mini is 3D printed to order using high-end ABS-like resin printers that can resolve details so fine they'd make a master sculptor weep. No mass-produced garbage here - your order triggers our printing ritual, and we don't ship until it's perfect.
What's this .020mm layer height wizardry about?
Think of it like this: most print farms slap down .050mm layers because it's fast and cheap - that's like playing your favorite CRPG in VGA 640x480 resolution. Some step up to .030mm (decent, but still meh). We print everything at .020mm because we're obsessed perfectionists who'd rather sacrifice profit margins than ship you anything less than glorious 1280x540 hi res crispy goodness. Yeah, it takes longer. Yeah, it costs us more. But your minis deserve better than visible layer lines and soft details.
I got a mini one time and it was kind of sticky, what's up with that? Are your's like that?
Yeah that sucks, if you get a mini and it's sticky it means the maker didn't wash and/or cure it properly. SHAME! Every model we ship is cleaned of any residual resin, fully cured under UV lights, and ready for action. We're basically your prep crew - you get clean, ready-to-assemble pieces that you can prime and paint immediately, or throw on the table as-is if you're into that raw resin aesthetic. FYI, if you don't buy from us and that happens to you again, stick the little guy in the sun fr a bit and that will harden it up for you.
What if my mini breaks?
Look, we get it - minis break. We use tough ABS-like resin to make them as resilient as we can, but things happen. Sometimes it's shipping, sometimes it's that one player who treats everything like a stress ball. While sales are final (we're not running a charity here), we've got your back. Shipping damage? Send us pics immediately and we'll make it right. Accidental breakage during an epic campaign moment? Reach out anyway - we might work something out, especially for our repeat customers. Sometimes a little superglue surgery is faster though.
What's the deal with supports and prep work?
Every print needs supports to prevent gravity from ruining the party. We'll strip those off before shipping, but you might need to do some light cleanup with a hobby knife - consider it part of the mini preparation ritual. Hollow models get drainage holes so leftover resin doesn't rattle around inside like a maraca. You can fill them or leave them - your call.
How do I throw money at you for these beauties?
Easy as rolling a d20. Browse our digital shelves, toss what you want into your cart, and checkout. We take all the usual payment methods because we're not savages. Don't see what you need? Contact us - we live to solve problems and fulfill dreams.
How fast do these get to my table?
Depends where you are and how patient you can be. We print on demand, which can take up to a week or so. Then we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail across the continental US, and you'll get all the shipping details when it's on the way. Pro tip: if you're in the Portland, Oregon area we would be thrilled to hold the shipping fees and meet you for the hookup someplace in town, like Dark Future on Sandy.
Can I stalk my order's progress?
You bet. Once your minis hit the road, you'll get a tracking number faster than a rogue can backstab. Use it on our site or the carrier's - we're not picky about where you feed your anticipation.
